Hey, I know you’re busy so this isn’t going to be a long winded blog post about digital clutter.
Step 1. Decided. Are you going to delete text messages, apps, contacts, emails or other things – like files or photos
Step 2. Set a timer for 10 – 15 minutes
If you chose emails, consider unsubscribing.
Try turning off notifications
Have less on your home screen
Turn your folders into affirmations – for example for social media you might rename it to “I am connected” for your fitness apps you might name them “I am healthy”
Repeat this process once a week to keep on top of the digital clutter
